Whats New in Derdack Enterprise Alert 2012

Derdack Enterprise Alert 2012 provides an exceptional integration with Microsoft System Centre 2012 Operations Manager (SCOM), System Center 2012 Service Manager (SCSM) and System Center 2012 Orchestrator (SCO).

The Smartphone apps for iPhone and Windows Phone 7 have been enhanced for better usability and now support remote actions to enable the Mobile NOC concept, support for Smartphone Apps on Android phones is expected soon.

High Availability of Enterprise Alert has been improved and some of the naming conventions used within the product have been updated to make the product concept more comprehensible.

Enterprise Alert 2012 isn’t just for IT Services it is also being used to provide broadcast and notifications within other industries, including Human Resources, Hospitals and manufacturing.
