Enterprise Alert 2012 is designed for the notification and escalation of alerts to a group of people, using the most appropriate alerting method. Whether that be a simple SMS Message, email, VoIP call, or an alert to a Smart Device.
Unlike traditional ‘Fire and Forget’ notification products Derdack Enterprise Alert 2012 requires that an alert is acknowledged and accepted by someone. If the Alert isn’t accepted by the first method then Enterprise Alert can then follow and escalation path to ensure that critical events and followed up and the right person notified.

Enterprise Alert 2012 integrates with the Microsoft System Center Suite of products and supports System Center Operations Manager 2012.
