Technical Support Portal
Access to the AKCSL Technical Support Portal is available to all customers who hold a support contract with us.

Remote Support
AKCSL use Citrix GoToMeeting to provide ad-hoc remote support service and for also for product demonstrations. You will be given instructions by your support or sales representative on how to use our GoToMeeting service.
We also provide SystemAssure to implement a comprehensive remote management and monitoring service for Small Business customers.
